Our FTA Shop floridatrail.org/shop Policy for Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
Shipping: We utilize USPS and their standard first class, parcel and priority mail service. Our shipping adds up incrementally for each item purchased and we put all the items in an order into the same container and send it. We attempt to find the least expensive path to ship your package. If multiple items are purchased or book or thru hiker packet is purchased we use the Flat Rate Priority Mail envelope. This is our price logic for all items categories in the shop.
Local Pickup: If you are near our main HQ in Gainesville please put 32601 and it will be free shipping and we can arrange to have you pick up from the office or our Shop Staff will ride their bike or hike to you and drop it off by hand.
Returns and Exchanges: We offer a 30 day return and exchange policy. If it is our fault we can send a return package and stamp in the replacement item. If you want a different size or just do not want the item please send it back to us via whatever is least expensive for you. Reach out to us, we want you to be happy with your product.
